Install Tampermonkey (or Violentmonkey), then add the autofill script to it -- one-time setup.
Click the Tampermonkey icon on any page → Set autofill profile (paste JSON) → paste in the contents of the profile.json you just downloaded. It's stored inside Tampermonkey, in your browser only.
Optional: Set stored resume (pick a file) to have your resume PDF auto-attach on file-upload fields.
Open an application on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Rippling, SmartRecruiters, or Workday and reload the page. Matched fields get a green outline -- review every one before you hit submit; it never submits for you.
